Prado Towbar Electrics + 3.4 Spares

hi all, another newbie here

got myself a 1996 prado - its the 3.4petrol version 5 door.

any how, i need to wire electrics up for the towbar. normally i would just tap into the indicator and stop lamp / tail lamp a=is that ok on this car.

are spares more difficult to get for this model? does anyone import spares

Hi, I have a 1998 3.4 5 door and am wanting to do the same, I have the tow mount fitted to the underside of the vehicle and the electrics but need to source the tongue and ball if anyone can help. Did you manage to work out the wiring for the electrics, if so any information would be apreciated. ;)

Just fitted one to my UK LC5, no probs, there was a plug under the carpet at the nearside rear just at the back door that had all the cables required for a 12N socket, still had to run a cable to the front for the 12S.
