Not Starting

I have a 93 land cruser 4.2 diesel that won,t start....all lights are on in the dash everything works except the sliding roof won,t close and the air co dosen,t work Anybody had the same problem

To jangeo, No offence meant description of fault a little vague. To many things that can cause your engine not to start, with key in 1st position (just taking electric side for example) if you switch your headlamps on are they as bright as normal without engine running as when vehicle running. Also going down fuel side. When you turn key will engine turn over but not fire up, at the same time if you have somebody check exhaust for smoke coming from exhaust. Is their any smoke coming from exhaust?
