Hi All

I am looking for some help with a Toyota axle i am using in a rally car. My current set up uses a Celica 56" wide axle casing with a AE86 LSD and 4.1 crown wheel and pinion. This is proving a little weak and i have just stripped the teeth off the pinion. i also have a larger (approx 9" diameter) 5.1 LSD unit also Toyota which is far more suitable but the question is what axle casing i can put this unit into that is about 56" wide or can i source a stronger 5.1 crown wheel and pinion for the current set up that will cope with 235BHP and if so will the shafts then break?

Your help would be greatly appreciated
