2005 Hi Lux Vigo Sat Nav.

I have a 3.0 D-4D 2005 Vigo which came without sat nav. How & where can I get the built in unit from I beleive there is the head unit (with the screen) and another unit? Even second hand would do. Can units from other models be fitted? ie: land cruiser/rav 4 etc? Cheers Tizer
