Tns200 System Calibration

Oi to all of the honoured members of this mighty fine forum,

My twisted little TNS200 sat nav in my Avensis gs -02 is totally confused, it thinks it is like 20m off where it actually is...this makes city navigation VERY hard. Is there anyway to reset/calibrate the sat nav? Im using the 06/07 disc. I have a distinct memory of seeing some threads on this but the search function has not been giving me any joy.

Any tips?

It can be re calibrated after fitting new tyres in the settings menu.

Actually I had new front tires fitted about 1.5 month ago. I ran the "new tires" thing but that could have messed it up. So you reckon that I should run that again?
