Replacement Gear Knob For 06 Petrol Rav4

My 06 Rav came with a dull grey plastic gear shift knob and I know the newer models have a nice leather/chrome deal, it's a petrol and not a lift reverse so I'm looking for something to replace the stock gear knob, I've looked at the standard ball heads, cobra style heads and they all grub screw on but sit too high above the leather gator and they are all generally narrower than the plastic cap which fixes the leather gator to the gear stick column.

Any suggestions ?? (without having to remortgage my house :) )

Put your tongue in kingo's ear and see if you can get a good price on this. Its leather with a satin insert;
