Hi,

My 92' previa cannot have tail lights, break lights, heating, fan, power window. I check the fuses and they are all fine. Any suggestion and solutions are appreciated.

Make sure you check the appropriate fuses with a continuity tester. I am not as familar with this model, could it be a circuit breaker instead of a fuse in this case? You can also check fuses by making sure both sides of fuse are at 12v DC with respect to the frame (black lead of volt meter clipped to good frame connection). Make sure the body of the vehicle is solidy tied to negative Battery terminal. Just the engine block connected to the negative terminal is not sufficient.
