Yaris D4d 2007 - Using Coolant?

hi i have a yaris d4d 11 months old .. the coolant is 'low' in it .. 15k, 4 months after 10k service.

should a car like this be using so much coolant?

have a coolant leak now and they couldnt fix it !!!

they cleaned it up and filled it up .. should i have accepted that? told me to come back when it leaks again .. as they couldnt find the source
