Called my local Toyota dealership for a price for the 20K service. £187 was quoted but when I said I would shop around for the best price if I had to and asked them for a discount they came down to £155; which I thought was more than reasonable so booked the job with them

Dealer was John Roe, Scu nthorpe and they have always been exceptional in my experience.
