Can't Understand Japanese !

I was hoping some knowledgeable person could help me, I recently got hold of a ST205 Jap import and I’m totally over the moon!! I had a ST185 for a few years, which I thought was a great car but the 205 is something else again………

Anyway to get to my question the car which I bought has got a Toyota KVT-5060 CD, TV, Tape and Radio unit which also includes a Navigation System, when cleaning the car the other day I noticed under the seat there is a CD player for the Sat Nav, I was just wondering if by changing the disc that's in there would the system then work for the U.K, and just as importantly stop displaying in Japanese?????

take it out mate , it will never work in the uk. many have tried and failed.
