New Pedals Fitting Trouble

I ought a set of pedals today to replace those blocky rubbery black ones, and ive fitted both the cluth pedal and the brake pedal s but i found that the accelerator pedal is plastic and i cannot remove it.

Completely stuck, i tried checking for a sliding possibility and then tried a bit of brute strength and im getting nowhere.

Any ideas let me know.

You're not meant to remove the Accelerator Pedal, the Toyota Alloy Pedals that are available as an accessory (standard on the "Style") simply affix using tiny self tappers for the Accelerator.

Do not drill into the centre of any of the three Pedals, you could weaken the weld with potentially fatal results if the weld on the Brake Pedal was to fail! This is why there is such a big price difference between generic and genuine Alloy Pedals for the Gen 7, e.g. £10 and £85.
