I think you will struggle to get any significant gains from your car without spending stupid money, which is madness to me. Induction kit and a sports exhaust would be my advice, anything else is unlikely to give value performance gains.

Loosing as much weight from the car as poss is still the cheapest way to speed her up, do you really need those back seats???

going off his name the insurance would kill him (21). improve the handling is the best thing you can do - you are going into corners quicker and have a faster exit speed, my GXi has shown up much more powerful machines - infact with me driving both me 2ZZ and GXi the GXi would win a proper race on the basis that its handling is far superior. but getting the t3 to handle like a GXi would be near impossible
