Dash Warning Symbol Meaning

Hi guys,

My father's corolla (2003) has a dash warning light that has been blinking for about 3 weeks now and we have tried several things to make it go away, but nothing works. I will have to describe it for you b/ I don't even know what it is. It looks like the letter "F" on top of 2 wavy lines that I thought represented water but I have no clue. It is blinking as soon as we turn the car on. Does anyone know this symbol. I have never seen it in before and since the car seems to be running fine, we are now ignoring it but that isn't smart. It is blinking for a reason!

I really would appreciate it if someone knows what this symbol means. Thanks for reading...
