I've had my Aygo + for about 2 months which I bought second hand from a Toyota dealership. I've just noticed today that there is black insulation tape wrapped around the driver's seat belt stalk My other half say's it's to hold the seatbelt sensor in place. Should it really be taped in place? It looks like cheap fix it to me.
