Hi all,

I've a '93 corolla, and I'm installing a second cig lighter in the back of the car. The cig lighter has to have power even when the engine is turned off, or when the keys are out of the contact, so I have to connect it directly to the accu.

I placed the cable for the extra cig lighter at the left side of the car. Behind the left kick panel, there are two thick wires with a constant 12V: a white one and a white/red one. (see attachment). What's the difference between these wires? Can I connect my extra cig lighter to one of them?
