Seats Recovering?

Hi folks

As I am still waiting t0o sort out the engine, I have been looking on the cabin. The seats are old and tatty but not ripped. Has anyone tried to recover their seats and if so how difficult and expensive was it? Mine are the blue leather ones.

There is a company near me that does vehicle upholstery and they wanted £300 to replace two pieces on the drivers seat(the bottom and side where you get in and out) and the middle piece of one of the rear seats.

Also they were going to recolour all the seats when they had the new bits attached.

Not too bad i think
