Simple quick method, Use a SatNav, Gps will be more accurate and you can note what you speedo reads at each speed.

My Aygo reads 5MPH high- Did comparison using Tom Tom and a seperate Garmin Handheld GPS

Write down the speeds on a piece of paper and stick it on your dash if your badly stuck ie. 50kmh = 30mph

80kmh = 50mph

100kmh = 62mph

120kmh = 75mph

These figures are not 100% but im sure if you google it you'lln get the exact ones
