Rear Problems (ahem!)

Hello. Having a few problems with the avensis. It is a 02 avensis 1.8vvti estate. The problems are; The rear interior light not working (I have changed the bulb and checked the fuse), the rear washer does not work(no noise from pump either) and the rear wiper works when it feels like it. I am wondering if these problems would all be connected to the same thing (ie bad earth) or would they be all separate. Many thanks in advance.
