How To Fit Flip Screen Dvd Player In Avensis

Hi, i have recently bought a 2001 Avensis 2.0 D4-D and i want to fit a dvd player in it, now i know that i can fit a double din screen in but i also want to keep the trip computer readings. Is there any other way i can do this ?

i am thinking of fitting somthing like this

If your trip computer is part of the audio H/U, like it was in mine, then your going to lose it.

I don't own an Avensis, so i can't really help with the install or taking the dash apart, but i'm sure someone else must of done something like this to there car.

If it's like mine, then some sort of facial adaptor would be needed, ISO wiring loom and prob a ariel adaptor might be needed.
