Hi guys

After my avensis displayed engine management light, I disconnected the -ve lead on the Battery. This reset the light but I have now noticed the one shot on my drivers window no longer operates. The window still works like a standard electric window just have to hold the switch in desired position.

May just be minor thing I have to put up with but replies greatly received.

I think you have to hold the switch untill the window is fully down and then hold it again untill it's fully raised. Then the one touch should work again.

Whenyou disconnect the Battery a number of items need resetting, as for the windows you have to hold the switch for 10 secs in either up or down depending on how they were last used prior to the removal of the Battery

Thanks guys that has worked, unfortunately my engine management light has come on again so may be an actual fault here, no loss in power, no change in mpg etc so dont know if its maybe easier just to remove the bulb.

Thanks again, much appreciated
