hi can some one please help me im not sore if this is right i need to no what the water flow derection is

I would agree with you digramme but thats only because water normally flows down through the rad and the other bits look right but to be totally honest made its a complete guess. I think you need to post more info on the engine and possibly more pics

Yes you are right. You could run long pipes like most people or go to Stage one imports and pick up a RS Chita Water line kit for the 20v. Any chance you want to post pics of the rest of the car?
