Servicing The Import

Hi All - I'm new to the forum but have a question that's bugged me for a while.

The history here is that as a young laddie (25ish) I had serious lustings after a car I saw in HK when I was on hols - it was an aero-roofed Supra - I thought & still do that it looked teriffic. Anyways, now I actually have the wherewithal to buy one of these things - The problem is it will need to last me for a while and will have to work for it's living! B)

So the question is: Where can I go to get it serviced? Anywhere in the south is fine as I do a lot of driving with work :D

Are there any good sites with listings, or (Well, I dunno, do I) can I just roll down to my local Toyota dealership for the necessary?

Any advice gratefully received!

Cheers

Hi,

You can try your local dealer however they will probably turn you away as most don't have a clue or understand vehicles from the Japanese Domestic Market.

There are many import specialist about who will be able to service your vehicle.

The parts should be available quite easy as there is a company called Blue Print who specialise in import vehicles and have a good range of products. To get the parts you would have to go to your local Motor Factor or let the Import Specialist who will service your vehicle deal with it.

Hope this helps - you can buy me a drink for that!!!
