can somone tell me how to disable the passenger side air bag ive looked in the manual and theres no fuse for it

and no switch i want to do this so i can put a foward facing child seat in thanks in advance sorry forgot to sy its a y reg 2002

There is no way to disable the passenger airbag and rearward facing seats are not recommended, I don't know what clearance or recommendations there are for front facing child seats.
