Camry Hybrid Vs. Regular

Hi everyone,

I need some help making a decision! Right now I own a regular 1998 Camry that gets good gas mileage as it is for an 11 year old car! I've been thinking about upgrading to a Camry Hybrid soon, but I've looked at the pricing in my area (I live around Los Angeles) and it appears that everywhere I look, the hybrid camry's are at least $10,000 MORE than the regular ones! I'm just wondering if it is worth the extra cost for the hybrid technology, or if I should just wait a few more years for the price to drop more significantly? Another factor is that I will be moving to Ohio soon, so I'm not sure whether I should just wait and purchase it there, or possibly get one BEFORE I drive out there with my trusty old camry backed full? What do you think?

For instance, at Manhattan Beach Toyota (http://www.manhattanbeachtoyota.com/Toyota/Camry%20Hybrid/) has a great selection of hybrid camrys, but still have that same price difference.

I've looked into purchasing a hybrid where I will be moving, and there still appears to be the same price difference between the regular and the hybrid models. At Thayer Toyota (http://www.thayertoyota.com/), which is where I would purchase the hybrid if I waited until after my move, there is less of a selection of trims and colors, but the prices are just slightly cheaper by about $500-1000.

So, I'm a bit stuck. Is it even worth it for me to get a hybrid at this point? Or should I just wait a few years and get the hybrid Camry when it's a bit cheaper?

I hope you guys can give me some good advice! Thanks!
