I have in the past had the same problem when asking for help/info, lol and I am regional rep.

I just keep bumping my thread...or I turn up on someone's doorstep and get the problem sorted. :P

I just called the AA in the end lol. She only told me after wasting loads of time on it that she had AA home start lol.
