Hilux 3.0l Tdi D4d Performance

hey guys im new to this forum and was just wondering what sort of mods you guys have got on your diesel turbo intercooled 3.0l d4d's! i already have a dp diesel power performance module and k n N filter, what other mods could i do to get some more power out of this beast? i heard about this emissions sensor near or on the dump pipe and if you knock that out you pritty much gain 19kw though its only here say also i have heard that the 2005 hilux d4d's have a problem with there actuators and that if you pull it out and clean it all up it opens up the rite amount that its supposed to rather then being dirty and only being able to open so far, again only hear say so if anyone could comfirm any of these myths it would be much appreciated!! i thought about exhuast but if i do upgrade would my exhaust make my hilux sound like a big mack truck or is there a certain size i can get that will still make the car fairly silent!!!
