Engine Gone Pop

Hi all

Looking for some help, i think my engine has given up the ghost, serious oil consumption and horrible diesel noises and smoke at over 4000 revs.

I will take it to the garage but i assuming the worst and looking for a new engine.

Do any of the guys have any advice on where i can get a decent replacement or know of anyone who has a spare for sale etc- car is currently in the North East but i can travel.

Update - just checked the pre cats and one has gone - they were ok 2 weeks ago
