4.1 Speaker Upgrade

Hi just got a rav 4.1 two door and god its fun to drive, but just wondering what is the best Speakers to use in the front and in the pillars as replacements as the original ones are rubbish to say the least.

Hi + welcome, cant reccomend a specific make although I have had good results from JVC,s in various vehicles, but suggest a trip to Halfrauds where you can compare different makes, then go + buy them elsewhere cheaper.. Stew

While we're talking Speakers, what colours are the wires for front and rear, left and right? The person who wired up my stereo did so at random I think. The front left and right Speakers are connected to the left hand front and rear channels, and the back ones are connected to nothing. Oh, and they'd got the permanent and switched live the wrong way round. The only wire that was correct was the earth!
