Lights On Dash!

I have a 2002 d4d avensis. This last month or so it has been flashing lights on and off on the dash. They are the red Battery light, orange oil light and orange fuel filter light. They all come on at the same time. This past few days they stay on most of the time. I thought it might be the altenator cause when the lights are on there is a drain on the Battery but with the lights off there is no drain on the Battery. The car is easy to start and no other problems only the dash lights. An altenator specialist said it was not the altenator so im lost as to what it could be. A short somewhere perhaps? Any ideas? Thanks in advance for your help!

I would think it is a short more than likely, could be an ecu fault but I would go the short route first. None of those lights should come on under normal driving though.

To update...the lights were on all day today(the car is a taxi!) then this afternoon when i went to start the car it wouldnt start. Got it going with a push start...the lights went off about an hour later and have no problem staring the car! Basically when the lights are on the Battery is being drained and when off its being charged as normal. Would a computer show up anything even though the engine management light is not on?
