Where Is The Fault Reader Socket?

Hi, I've got a couple of issues with the car and as I have only had it a short while I havent located the socket for the fault reader can anyone help? ( 06 Avensis petrol engine )

Under the dash to the right of the steering wheel level with your right knee, it has a little plastic cover that just pulls off.
