Paint Bubbling- Corrosion Warrenty Claim

I have had the exact same issue. This is a major problem for Toyota.

I bought a new Avensis D-4D may 2007. In april 2008 I noticed the first rust at the drivers door! Car only 10 months old at the time. Got all 4 dors repainted.

1 year later, got drivers door repainted again.

7 months later, got drivers door repainted AGAIN! Third time!

Now I'm out of warranty, just waiting for the rust to reappear...

That's suprising - other users reported door replacement.

Just as a matter of interest what colours is this bubbling effecting ? The pictures shown so far seem to be on the darker coloured vehicles so is this solely down to dark paint being inferer ? Also are these flat paint or metalic finishes ?
