T25 Breaking?? Need a rear track control arm

As the title says, Im after an offside rear track control arm/lower camber arm/tie rod, all the same name for the same part

 

Proving to be quite difficult to find online and Toyota want over £200 for the honour

 

Im not sure if there is a difference in left or right hand side. Car is a T25 2.2D4D Estate 

 

Here a pic of a generic one I found on google. the one I need is the same as this
