Hello! I have a 2005 rav4 2litre d4d with 108,000 on the clock... travelling at 70mph on the motorway, i heard a ticking noise coming from the engine... got off the motorway, listened under the bonnet.... The engine was running ok, but the ticking is quite loud..... Could it be a hydraulic lifter?.. how complex to change....(and cost!?!)
