2017 Rav4 Phone bluetooth question

Hi guys. Just a quick question if anyone knows before calling the dealership. It concerns the phone connection to the Toyota Touch. Some names on my phone list will not appear on the Toyota screen. I will only get the phone number calling me but not the name although on my phone i have the name registered. I have a Samsung S4 if that's any relevant. Any ideas?
