That will be a great show.

A sell out instantly.

I wish Garrick was still involved in live music :(

I was thinking about the band the other day but couldn't remember the name. All I could think was Velvet Carpet.

I watched them on TOTP last week, where they gave no info on the lead singer. I thought he sounded alot like Scott Weiland, then found out a few days ago that it is him. He looks so different now (and I didn't know he was still alive).

Ben, I did it through Google, keyed in Velvet Revolver then tried some of the top links.

You will book through the Carling music site which then takes you to ticketmaster (don't think you can book direct with Ticketmaster). I can't be bothered to look it all up again.

Its at Hammersmith on 2nd Sept.

Asha, your cancelled thing wasn't that bad, you would have been seeing Axl and some backing musos.

I had tickets to see Guns n Roses in the summer of 1992 when they were playing an American tour with Metallica (the decent line up).

I flew to the states to find out the concert was cancelled and rescheduled a couple of months later. Imagine how annoyed I was.

I think Axl is still touring under the GnR name.

I can wait.

Asha, I couldn't afford another £500+ to fly back and see the gig in L.A. :(

We can all do a gig review in Sept :)

I've seen Guns N Roses, but I got bored so I went back to my tent.

Besides, it's not guns n roses anymore, it's axl rose and some other guys..

Buckethead was there when I saw them, he was pretty good.

I know Axl is so far is up his own backside but I dont think I could ever be bored at one of his concerts.

John,

We are not seeing Axl as Guns 'n' Roses, but something that should have a lot more life in it.

Asha, I saw Guns & Roses a few years ago at Gateshead Stadium to be honest the only member that stood out to me was Slash, Axl Rose was just a :censor: end  But I have to say I only went cos Faith No More were support and I've always been a massive fan of them
