Where do you take your car to get it serviced?

The gearbox needs looking at on mine. Is there a good, independent specialist around?

Which part of Devon are you in ?

In Newton Abbot there is Highweek Garage ( it was a Toyota dealership, now Diahatsu ), which I have always found to be very good !!! I think they have still got the same mechanics, which were toyota trained.

In Exeter I take mine to XL Autos in Station Road -They import jap cars and seem to be very honest and capable

We use NEXUS (01626 354444)

When I asked if they could do Nia's Cam Belt not only was the price reasonable, but they asked for it the day before so they could soak the bolts as experience told them there could be problems with them seizing. Also when I asked if they could fit the alarm, they put me in touch with the guy they use and suggested I go direct rather than them taking a cut as they new I was broke.

Fantastic, thanks guys. We're in Torquay so both Exeter or Newton Abbot are very doable.

To return the favour - BTS Tyres in the Bradley Lane Industrial Estate are very good. They have excellent tracking equipment as well.
