Continental Headlights?

I have just moved to germany and need Continental headlights for my celica vvti 2003 so that i can register it over here, i have tried eBay but only american eBay has any which are not appropriate.

If any 1 knows where i am able to purchase these near by or within postage rage that wld be greatfully appreciated

Cant you just put on the triangle black stick on light diffusers like left hookers have to do over here?
