Acceleration Problem...

hi,

sometimes my avensis start acting strangely when it start acceleration, normally when reaching beyond 40mph. It look like something stuck or prevent my car from accelleration and I have to slow down and accelerated again, and then it accelerated normally..

are there anybody ever has experiences like this or know what the problem it is? need some jelps.
