Fuel Tank Bung Nut Tool

I want to access the fuel tank under the rear seat, but got stuck at the plastic bung that is screwed down. I know there is a special tool, but what's it's called? Or does anyone have a diy answer to removing it? I'm thinking some kind of clamp...

Rather than reinventing the wheel, the local Toyota guys have agreed to pop it open for me. It's a u-shaped clamp, and they use a long pry bar for leverage.
