Any Gym Goers Round Here?

Hi all,

Being trying to loose weight for a few months now - Steadily loosing it bit by bit...

I go the gym 3 days a week (mon, wed & fri)

Just wondering if anyone else is trying?

Just got back from total fitness...tired!

There aint half some big heads in there tho!

I used to use the gym at my local YMCA.... it was very good and quite cheap.

But now I have an exercise cycle and rowing machine at home so I no longer have to travel :)

Flippin things don't half give a great workout but after it is over it does feel good :D
