Hiya,

Anyone got any experience with either of these MTFs?

Especially anyone that has had a car with a Clunky Getrag box?

It's going to get cold soon and I quite like being able to use second in the morning... So I am going to swap my stock stuff for either Royal Purple SynchroMax, or Redline (I think it's called MT-90)

Never heard of royal purple but I have redline shock proof gear oil in my skyline gear change is much smoother when cold

I have used the Redline MTL in a Fiat barchetta gearbox made a considerable difference, so much smoother. The only thing to watch is the fact they sell it in US quarts so make sure you get the quantity correct.
