lol, yeah.

Generally the article was pretty favourable and I did say it had a US slant. We all know the dealer service here in the UK is the best. I know mine are :) One of the main reasons for getting the Prius.

The gf is looking at getting rid of her Honda due to the p*** poor service she had from their dealer. Honda have lost a future sale because of their dealers c**p attitude and Toyota will probably be getting a sale next year because of their dealers good attitude. It's not rocket science but something manufacturers seem to forget. A shiny showroom does not make a good dealer.

Nice to see a positive spin but also flawed in some respects - a bit like saying the safest time to fly is just after a plane has crashed because everyone will on their toes - well for a day or two anyway.

I believe only time will tell but one thing this episode has done - it has made the average car buyer more aware and discerning when he/she parts with their hard earned cash and that's no bad thing for all concerned.:)
