Brakes!

Hi,

Basically when I use my brakes first thing in the morning theres a slidy noise (bad description I know!). The brakes still apply but it doesn't feel right. About 10-15 minutes after driving though they seem fine. I had the rear pads replaced about 2 months ago and I have an advisory from a Toyota service that says the front need doing in about 10,000 miles (that was about 200 miles ago).

Any ideas why driving would make them better?
