facelift t sport (corolla) driving along it will randumly make the bleeping sound like its in reverse driving around town normal driving, no lights come up on the dash. anyone come across this before. btw my seat belt was on

sounds like the TA or 1 of them settings on your radio kicking in

what does that mean, sorry not really clued up on the toyota's not had it that long.

this happens to me - IF i've left something like a carton of milk or a 2litre bottle of juice on the passenger seat. if the weight of it shifts the right way, then the seat-belt beeper will sound.

hmmm i did have a 750ml bottle of magners on the passenger seat. but didnt think that would cause it.

yea things on the passenger seat will do it but usually have to weight about 7 kg, but not always i suppose......

how long did the buzzer go for ?

there are buttons on the radio, something like AT, TA, AST and a couple of others, see if any of these are on you radio display where it shows the time ?

it would beep ever few seconds but i did take the bottle off the seat incase it was that and went off but then stoped up the road to see if it would come back on if i put the bottle on the seat again but it never. i think at is not to sure what would that cause.?
