Towbar And Bike Rack

Hi there

Just purchased my very first hilux (invincible) and need some good advice on the following two subjects:

1/ Towbar_ Is it regarded as safe to have it fitted by a reputable supplier or should I go direct to Toyota......big price difference ?

2/ Bike Carrier_Once I do install the towbar, I need to get the right bike rack for it (4 bikes). Can't seem to find any recommendations other than the roof type.

Forgive me if the answere's to these question are common knowledge, but I'm a bit green around the edges and seek some solid info.
