Hi there

Could someone please tell me if my car has a cambelt or timing chain?? I have tried to buy a cambelt for my car but i'm having problems finding one so i'm thinking it may have a timing chain but i'm not certain.

My car is an "N" reg 96' Toyota Previa GS 2.4cc automatic petrol,,and its NOT an import.

Hope you can help,,thanks

Hi Princess, Your N reg. Previa has a timing chain. The motor factors you went to should have been able to tell you this. Last for ever, well not quite but a hell of a lot longer than a cambelt. Incidently import diesel Estima has cambelt.
