Vitz Cd Problem

Hello I just got my Vitz yesterday and today morning I just wanted to play the CD. As I place the CD the company provided CD Player. The CD got struck inside the CD player. Could anyone let me know how to remove the CD from the system. I tried pressing eject button - every thing failed. So is there anyone to help me out. lori
