Rear Door "card" Removal.

Does anyone know if there are any hidden securing screws on a 2010 TR Yaris rear door interior panel? The only two visible are the screw behind the internal door pull under a plastic cover and the screw on the door handle assembly are there any others? I know on the front door panel the grey trim needs removing to access screws behind, does the same apply on the rear? Thanks in advance. I've done a search and found nothing relevant.
