Better Headlamp Bulbs: Osram Nightbreaker?

2010 T-Spirit... headlights abysmal but what bulbs to change them to... and are there any issues? Saw ads for Osram Nightbreaker http://www.powerbulbs.com/product_detail.asp?prod=113 But has anyone tried them? Called my dealer but was told that they can only fit 'standard' bulbs... so not much help! Thanks and apologies if this topic is repeated (couldn't find it on a search)
