Mr2 Mk2 Turbo Gearbox Conversion In N/a Car

hi there, i own a toyota mr2 mk2 1993 spec road rally car (non turbo) and after competing in the car i have come to the conclusion the car really needs a LSD (slip diff) to make it more competitive on the loose, ive been told the best way to get the LSD is to use the mr2 turbo LSD gearbox, shafts and hubs as the box is stronger etc, but ive been told the job is a right pig to carry out,

has anybody done one of these conversions? and what does it entail ?

you will also need the turbo clutch as the splines are bigger on the input shaft on the tubby
